We are looking for an Automation and Industrial Engineer to join GTD Sistemas de Información, the company of GTD Group specialized in the design and development of large, complex and/or safety-critical applications.
Responsibilities: Development of automation systems for spatial and infrastructure projects.
Collaborate on European Space Agency (ESA) and European launch program initiatives.
Develop and optimize automation solutions for mission-critical environments.
Your Profile: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automation, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Proficiency in PLC programming, specifically SIEMENS S7-1500 and IEC61131 languages, as well as field buses (4 yrs experience).
Skilled in creating technical documentation, such as technical specifications, validation plans, user manuals, and similar materials.
Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning (locations include French Guiana and Europe).
Requirements: Nice to have: Experience working in multilingual environments.
Knowledge of Siemens TIA Portal and additional PLC platforms (e.G., Schneider, Beckhoff).
Familiarity with SCADA platforms like CITECT, ICONICS, Panorama, WinCC OA.
Expertise in instrumentation and electronic signal conditioning.
Ability to interpret and design electrical schematics for automation cabinets and measurement systems.
Experience with TCP/IP, Profinet and EtherCAT networks.
Programming skills in Python.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD tools.
Intermediate French.
