We are currently looking for a permanent position of Automation Engineer & IIT Relay for our location in La Roca del Vallés.Responsibilities:Order and prepare IIT devices.Installation and deployment of available packages.Participate in the IIT standard development.Provide L1 level troubleshooting on IIT software.Configure, start and test IIT software.Analyze IIT programs logs.Fix minor software bugs.Describe with precision the modifications or bugs encountered in manufacturing.Ensure the functioning of production computer equipment by providing level 2 support (expertise in the Industrial-IT within the Hager group).Perform after-sales service to establish remote connections with internal or external subcontractors.Support for the maintenance department in the field of PLC/Controllers for standard machines.Train maintenance staff (from the client's side) using PCs, HMIs and programs for special machines.Ensure locally setting up and starting of production lines (scope: Hager group plants).Support for the IIT maintenance department.Local assistance to install and maintain the servers architecture, network, systems and computers (IIT scope).Implement and configure machine networks (industrial-IT scope).Ensure data and system backup.Check the systems regularly to ensure that things are operating, monitor the consistency of the IIT processes.Guarantee the state of the machine inventory to avoid obsolescence of critical PCS in the factory.Know the data model and processes, ensuring that any development on the PLC side will be in accordance with it.Act as the privileged interlocutor with the IIT team to connect equipment.Act as the preferential interlocutor between an external supplier and Hager to connect a PLC which Hager would not have enough autonomy to modify itself.Add, modify or delete a tag in the reporting via Ignition.Respect the current rules of the IIT cyber security governance and ensure the missions required by the group strategy.Ensure the migration plan of the operating systems in place on our servers and production computers.Implement an action plan to reduce the number of identified vulnerabilities within its scope.Ensure that no equipment is connected to the IIT network that is running Windows XP or Seven (without getting behind an ITBOX).Answer the different questions coming from the IIT delegate.Definition, planning and follow up of automation processes (PLC's, robots & auxiliary equipment).Collaborate in the selection and approval of equipment suppliers.Definition of automation specifications to our suppliers.Train operators and maintenance in the use of automations and processes.Collaborate in the continuous improvement of actual processes, including the program modification of the equipment.Collaborate in the implementation of Kaizen ideas.Participate in HPS workshops.Support process engineer in the setup of new projects, processes.Support the setup of new processes/automations.Create and maintain process/automations documentation.Collaborate in STO/STM projects.Modification and improvement of robots programs installed in the machines (ABB, Kuka, Sepro...).Job Requirements:Engineering School or Master Degree.Manufacturing background with IT intermediate knowledge.Communication skills.Knowledge of programming robots 6 or 3 axes (ABB, KUKA, SEPRO...) & PLC's (Siemens, Omron...).Knowledge of safety requirements regarding machines, CE certificate.IT: Not specialist, but basic knowledge of industrial IIT.Knowledge of different equipment existing in the market and the latest technological discoveries.Automation: TIA portal, PL7 Pro, Unity, SCADA.Operating systems: Microsoft environment (WXP, W7, W10).Infrastructures (VM, FW, router, VPN).Industrial technologies & communication protocols (OPC-DA, OPC-UA, Datamatrix scan reader, RS232, Modbus, TCP/IP).Software: WireShark, Postman.Proven experience in the industrial field, at least 8 years experience.Good English level.Our Offer: You can expect a position with responsibility and variety in an international and innovative environment and motivated team.
