Automation Devops Engineer

We are looking for an Automation DevOps Engineer to join TravelgateX's Headquarters in sunny Palma de Mallorca. TravelgateX seeks a talented, hardworking individual with great energy and initiative to drive delivery and customer success for one of the fastest key players in the connectivity field across the travel sector.What you'll be doing Manage case queues in accordance to customer agreementsAnswer technical questions, solve technical problems, and suggest appropriate workaroundsUnderstand and advocate for customer needsResolve customer service issues and skillfully manage/troubleshoot complex customer service problemsManage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfactionDevelop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality and utilize that expertise effectively to help customersCreate knowledge base materials dedicated towards operational efficiencyResearch, document, escalate cases according to procedureAssist with the design and delivery of product and other technical trainingReview support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracyWe are looking for someone with 2+ years of prior experience in Customer Support or DevOpsKnowledge of SaaS environments and Integrated Technologies (Azure, Jenkins)Knowledge of development technologies and tools (XML, APIs, CLI, SQL, error logs, etc.)Specific experience and understanding of branching strategy and hosted version control vendors, Copado and Salesforce working knowledge and experienceFamiliarity with Git repositoriesDemonstrated analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting expertiseAbility to effectively prioritise and escalate customer issues as requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skills (both in Spanish and English)We offer The chance to play a key role in a company that is growing fastThe opportunity to help create & shape our product and get your hands dirty with proper business-building experienceHybrid role based in Palma with truly flexible working hoursBe part of a great team of professionals, including monthly 'get togethers' and awesome activities (Summer and Xmas parties, etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
