Automation Developer And Sysadmin

Job Description We are looking for a talented and experienced Automation Developer and Sysadmin to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting a major pharmaceutical client.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, scripting, and programming.
They will also have experience in managing and resolving incidents, and they will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities: • Develop scripts for the automation of manual tasks (Ansible) • Perform Webhosting and Aliasing tasks (IIS maintenance, alias creation, redirects, etc.)
• Manage and resolve 2nd and 3rd level incidents • Participate in the day-to-day dynamics of the Application Delivery team • Have contact with the different IT departments and part of the business • Collaborate with other projects and specific tasks related to the service Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent • High level of English (oral and written communication) • Experience developing code, scripting, and automations (Ansible, JavaScript, Powershell, HTML/CSS, Python) • Experience in Microsoft system administration (Active Directory, GPOs) • Experience in IIS administration, HTTP and web redirects • Experience in development, management of APIs and Web Services • Valuable knowledge in ServiceNow developments • Valuable knowledge in Linux system administration • Valuable knowledge in container technologies (Docker) • Valuable knowledge of databases (MySQL, SQL, Postgre, MongoDB) • Valuable knowledge of Agile methodologies, ITIL • Ability to communicate with different stakeholders and internal customers • Ability to identify and solve problems and provide recommendations for their resolution
