Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for laying out working drawings, Architectural Plans, Structural Plans, Electrical Plans, Mechanical Plans, Plumbing and Sanitary. Create detailed technical drawings including shop drawings. Create as-built plan for sites. Interpret and incorporate design specifications and requirements. Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards and regulations. Revisions and corrections of plans based on Engineers and Architects. Maintaining and keeping records/working drawings of specific projects. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and heads to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Qualifications: At least 1-2 years of experience developing detailed engineering drawings from start to final design. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Basic CAD knowledge/skills. Can work under pressure on urgent drawing requirements. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. WILLING TO BE ASSIGNED ON-SITE (BALER, AURORA) *This is an on-site position, interested applicants must be willing to stay on-site preferably in AURORA (BALER). Job Type: Full-time
