Do you think you stand out for your good communication skills?This is your chance!Our client is a multinational company and one of the most important professional services firms that include auditing, finance, legal advice, and advice on company management.null**Requisitos**Duties and essential job responsibilities:- Analysis and review of the Inherent Risks of the services of a financial entity.- Analysis and review of evidence in the evaluation of risks with a facilities component in Third Parties of anorganization.- Definition, preparation and updating of Risk Assessments in relation to building licenses and permits, installations(electrical, water, gas, comunications, etc), buildings, fire prevention, etc- Preparation of Mitigation Plans, as well as their management and monitoring.- Support in decision making for the Risk Committees.- Analysis of processes and procedures aimed at optimizing them.- Preparation of both technical and executive reports.- Capacity for teamwork- Communication skills- Autonomy- Critical and analytical capacity- High capacity for analysis and identification of solutions- Proactivity and resolution capacity.- High learning capacity- Ability to handle conflict resolution.- Degree in technical architecture or quantity surveyor/Law.- Medium English level (B2-C1).**¿Qué ofrecemos?**- Immediate incorporation- Competitive salary
