Our audit team is growing! Being in Group Audit at Zurich means being part of a community with a common purpose: to keep Zurich safe. We are an international team of 200+ colleagues from 33 different nationalities, working as one function from Chicago to Sydney! Together, we look to bring our skills, capabilities, and unique strengths to provide insights to our stakeholders. We are working to be the best we can be at spotting danger for our company; continuously learning to get better and better in what we do.
As the Manager, People Operations and Development, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering on a wide range of strategic priorities, including developing a growth and learning culture, building internal audit capabilities, and driving functional changes. You will also support creating a stable operating rhythm, through supporting and delivering on our operating calendar including content for key leadership and governance forums.
Audit Operations
The Audit operations team sits at the heart of the internal audit function. We are on our own journey to evolving our approach, with the aim of supporting the global audit team to get better and better at delivering our purpose and strategy, while growing and learning at the same time. We are here to support the audit function to deliver exceptional insights to our varied stakeholders, as well as influencing the control environment. The team's role is to set up and continuously improve what we as an audit function do, how we work, develop, and grow together. Building efficiencies and driving meaningful change.
What will be your challenge? The Manager, People Operations and Development will support the cultural evolution of the function.
