You will be responsible for developing and executing audiovisual media strategies to drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the advertising landscape, negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize investments.Responsibilities:Develop and implement media strategies to support brand objectives and marketing goals, including audience reach, frequency, and engagement metrics.Lead negotiations with TV networks, broadcasters, and media agencies to secure optimal pricing, placements, and added value opportunities for ad campaigns.Analyze audience data, viewership trends, and market research to identify strategic opportunities and target demographics for audiovisual advertising.Collaborate with creative teams to develop impactful TV ad content that resonates with target audiences and drives brand awareness.Monitor and evaluate TV ad performance, tracking key metrics such as GRPs, TRPs, reach, frequency, and cost per acquisition (CPA).Manage audiovisual advertising budgets, allocations, and forecasts to ensure efficient use of resources and alignment with overall marketing objectives.Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in audiovisual advertising, and adapt strategies accordingly.Build and maintain strong relationships with TV network partners, media agencies, and other key stakeholders in the advertising ecosystem.QualificationsBachelor's Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar5-7 years of experience in a similar role.Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.Analytical skills and numeracy.Steadfastly pushes self and others for results.Have an advanced level of English (B2 or more).Previous team management will be valued.Additional Information- Please, be advised that the selected candidate should undergo a compliance screening prior to the definite hiring.Why joining us?
