About You
Fluent proficiency in oral and written English; additional proficiency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German or Italian is a plus.
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, audiovisual production or similar.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
Proven track record of initiating, managing, and monetizing relationships with creators/photographers/videographers and agencies.
Strong performance and data-driven mindset and business goal-oriented approach.
Stay abreast of social media trends and technology to identify and build relationships with best-fit content creators.
Strong project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills for effective collaboration across territories.
Ability to adapt to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup.
Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and problem-solver.
Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
About the Role
Identify, negotiate, hire and manage relationships with Content Creators globally.
Create and update a database, to feed and increase our global Content Creators network - and track all relevant information.
Participate in creative briefs to assure the correct alignment between the content creators and the internal teams.
Communicate and collaborate with internal teams and Content Creators to drive alignment and execution of creative assets.
Manage production tasks: contracts, production-related documents, licensing, billing process, etc.
Continuously help to improve workflows, proposing and implementing new operational processes.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement - and report on results of campaigns.
Increase the understanding of the content creator ecosystem and build strong long-term relationships within the Content Creators.
