We are on the lookout for experienced and motivated broadcast professionals for the role of an Audio-Visual (Broadcast) Manager in Bogota, Colombia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Installing and testing new facilities and equipment, and maintaining equipment for video production, broadcast, and interactive media; Setting up and monitoring audio-visual links between units; Analysing and repairing technical faults on equipment and systems; Setting up and operating equipment and transmission links during outside broadcasts; Designing and installing custom audio-visual circuits, hardware and systems; Interpreting and implementing instructions and requests from product owners, creative directors, and colleagues; Requirements: Advanced knowledge of photography concepts like aperture, shutter speed, ISO speed, exposure, and camera lenses; Experience in electronic engineering and using communication equipment; Advanced knowledge of operating a video camera, as well as of production video switcher; Advanced understanding of SDI infrastructure; Strong communication and people skills.
