In this position, you will define and implement the audio vision for our projects, ensuring it complements the overall game design.
Working closely with Game Directors, you will ensure that the audio direction aligns with the broader game strategy, creating a cohesive and immersive experience for players.
You will also be responsible for managing relationships with external partners involved in audio and music production.

Desired requirements: Bachelor's degree in sound design, music, game design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 3 years of professional audio experience within the gaming industry.
Demonstrated success in bringing a game from concept to launch.
Proficiency with FMOD and Unity or Unreal Engine (or similar pipeline).
Deep knowledge of sound design, dialogue, music, and mixing in a game development context.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties: Lead the audio team by providing clear guidance on the audio vision and ensuring everyone is on the same page.
Supervise, create and integrate diverse audio elements, working alongside audio designers from the initial concept phase through to the final mix.
Collaborate with Game Directors and Producers to align the audio strategy with the game's overall direction and long-term goals.
Work with programmers to explore and implement innovative audio technologies.
Identify and assess the team's needs for audio tools and resources, assuring that the project is well-equipped to meet its goals.
