Product managers connect the technical and business worlds. They work closely with engineers, designers, data scientists, researchers, and business leaders to build products and guide them throughout the execution cycle, building, positioning, and tailoring our solutions to our users.Your Responsibilities:Define and execute a multi-year product vision and strategy while balancing short and long-term goals.Facilitate timely decision-making across a broad network of internal and external stakeholders.Coordinate and motivate a team of engineers and other cross-functional representatives while maintaining team health.Make appropriate trade-offs between business and technical constraints, clearly communicating goals, roles, and responsibilities.Frequently identify significant product, organizational, and process opportunities and drive them to production, without the need for explicit direction.Incorporate data, research, and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps.Decide on impactful high-level business metrics.Minimum Qualifications:At least 4 years of experience with product management.Track record for delivering quality products on time.Experience in going through an entire product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.Experience in Supply area as Product Manager.Experience with B2B.Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.Background in data analytics or data science.Passion for understanding complex problems and driving high-quality and innovative technical solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
