About the Role As a Customer Service Representative in Malaga, you will be responsible for: Answering customer inquiries via phone and chat, providing relevant actions related to online orders and deliveries.
Handling calls that are not answered by stores and submitting customer inquiries via CRM systems.
Providing excellent customer experiences in every customer contact, focusing on continuous improvement of customer satisfaction.
Following established processes and procedures.
Opportunity to handle inquiries via social media and email in the future.

About You We're looking for someone who: Is bilingual or proficient in Swedish and advanced in English.
Is adaptable, customer-focused, and able to learn tasks and processes.
Is energetic and has well-developed communication skills.
Has excellent time management skills.
Has good computer skills, knowledge, and experience of Microsoft and Internet.
