The Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Crowd) is a core component of our Platform.
As part of the Platform support and onboarding team, you play a key role ensuring our users get started to work on top of our platform and have a smooth experience along their software delivery life cycle, with a focus on the Atlassian stack.
Tasks & Responsibilities Manage business demands and needs including identification, capturing and documentation of business requirements related to the Atlassian stack.
You are an Atlassian subject matter expert.
Ensure proper onboarding into our Enterprise Development Platform (EDP).
You lead the onboarding service and explain EDP functionalities and advise new development teams on how to operate them.
Ensure effective training offering and materials are available to our user community in order to minimize platform usage entry barriers.
Enable our support and onboarding team so they can resolve user incidents/problems and 'how do I do' questions related to our Platform and help unblock their software delivery process when needed.
Define and monitor Service quality KPIs and adapt service definition when necessary.
In close collaboration with your EDP/Atlassian system leads, you contribute to the stability and performance of our Enterprise Development Platform (EDP), with a focus on the Atlassian stack.
You connect with the EDP Development team, including Product Owner, to share customer feedback, which helps improve user/developer experience and our platform's technology backbone.
Build and maintain positive relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
You contribute to maintain the System Life Documentation of our Platforms up to date.
You contribute to content-creation and presentation activities to support customer awareness, understanding, and excitement around our platform.
Requirements Strong knowledge of Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Crowd.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
Strong ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies.
Managing IT services being provided by external vendors.
Managing business and IT priorities across multiple areas.
Deep understanding of software development life cycle.
Understanding of GxP in the context of the Pharma industry is a bonus.
Fluent command of English language.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience working with Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Crowd is a must.
Experience in agile software development product teams is a bonus.
Experience in data platforms (ingestion, processing, analytics…) is a bonus.
3+ years of experience in IT with focus on service management, project management and/or supplier management will be appreciated.
