We're looking for a Jira Solution Architect to join our team and elevate the way we collaborate, innovate, and deliver value across the organization. Key Responsibilities Design and Architecture of Scalable Solutions: Create and customize Jira environments tailored to the company's workflows and operations. Workflow Optimization: Design and refine workflows, permissions, and schemes to enhance operational efficiency. Tool Integrations: Connect Jira with tools like Slack, Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD systems, explore third-party plugins, and develop API-based integrations. Continuous Optimization: Regularly review and improve Jira configurations to ensure top performance and resolve technical challenges swiftly. Governance and Best Practices: Define Jira standards, ensure scalability without compromising security, and document processes for user adoption. Training and Support: Lead workshops, provide training, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior administrators. Innovation and Updates: Stay up-to-date with Atlassian trends and implement innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement. About you Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Jira as an Administrator, Consultant, Solution Architect. Expertise: Deep knowledge of Jira (Cloud or Data Center), including workflows, automation, and scripting (e.g., Groovy, ScriptRunner). Integration Know-How: Proven experience connecting Jira with third-party tools and platforms via APIs. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps principles.
