Enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative teams, always ready to disrupt and revolutionise the fast-paced Fintech sector.Responsibilities You will be responsible for the accurate recording of all finance and accounting activities related to payroll.This includes the monthly calculation and accounting journals related to standard payroll, vacation accruals, bonus accruals and other ad-hoc accounting requirements related to payroll.You will be responsible for the payroll-related accounting for all legal entities and countries under the global Ebury umbrella.You will be responsible for the implementation and enforcement of internal controls for the various processes.You will be responsible for all payroll-related auditor requests.The role will require you to liaise directly with the Global Head of Payroll to ensure all information is accurate and reported timely.You will work alongside the members of the Group Financial Control and Group-Performance Management finance verticals to ensure that results are accurate and understood by all.Requirements Qualified accountant with at least 4+ years of experience.Accounting for Payroll experience is required.Experience working with pay statements required; IFRS experience a plus.Experience in working with payroll from multiple jurisdictions.External stakeholder management including liaising with external auditors.Able to influence colleagues at all levels and communicate governance, business risk and internal control issues in a clear and straightforward way.Ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines, work to tight schedules and provide a fast and efficient turnaround of tasks and problem resolutions.High adaptability - ability to cope with product, system and role and responsibility change in a rapidly growing company.Fluency in Spanish and English.Experience with accounting software required; experience with NetSuite preferred.We believe in inclusion
