We are an e-commerce company. Many of the orders are paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), meaning that the customer does not pay until they receive their order. Our objective is to ensure that the maximum number of packages are delivered.
The main responsibility of this position will be to verify weekly which orders have not been delivered and to either facilitate their delivery or communicate with the customer to determine if they no longer want the order, allowing us to send it to another user.
