He/she shall develop the interfacing with the rest of systems of the project (TRAIN/TCMS/MVB/ATP/ATO/ETH) and with T&C team until the commission of the whole system, participating mainly on the data preparation and configuration activities. Additionally, he/she shall liaise with the RAM, Safety and/or V&V for a correct communication of the design requirements and decisions to be assessed, tested or demonstrated.

Technical management (configuration, change control, and requirements)
Take responsibility for the overall performance of the system and the allocation of the project performance requirements and ensure that these requirements are met
Control the collection of technical data (Data Book) and keep it up to date
Participate in the Gate Reviews (give status on system activities)
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Educational Requirements: University degree (MEng preferably) in engineering related to electric, electronic or automation processes.
Technical Knowledge / Experience:
2 years of internal experience as OnBoard Railways Engineer or similar in other markets.
Technical knowledge: Signalling, ERTMS, CBTC, TCMS, MVB, ATP, ATO, SIFA, system design, Installation design, Installation Verification, Data Preparation.
Knowledge on UNISIG Subsets, especially Subset-026, 108, 027 & 076 is an advantage.
Command of English: fluent in conversation and mastered in reading and writing. French is desirable.
Windows environment (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project)

TERMS & CONDITIONS Availability to work nightshift and weekends (occasionally).
Driving license.
Sometimes travel will be required, especially during the preliminary design and commissioning phase of the project.
