Wizards in this role will ensure seamless experience to our users throughout their journey with Choco, be part of our support team and troubleshoot cases requested by the rest of our operations team (Sales, Account Management & Vendor Management). An important part of this job will also be to ensure that the data is neat and up to date while also managing our customers' accounts.What you'll do Support ongoing vendor partnerships from an administrative perspective: data cleansing, data entry & Salesforce tracking.Execute administrative tasks on our restaurant customers who need support in maintaining their order lists.You will be responsible for clean account setups and complete data entry in the customer management tool Salesforce.With this role, you will play an important role for our internal product team who are seeking your feedback and suggestions for improvements on our workflows.What we're looking for Intermediate Excel Skills. Being confident in navigating macros and large datasets.Attention to detail. Meticulous and a strong ability to remain focused.Structure.
