The roleHelloFresh is preparing to launch in Spain and we have the ambition to conquer the whole market! What you'll doOversee and improve all aspects of last-mile transportation carrier management including but not limited to operations excellence, performance management, escalations, carrier relationship, and contract negotiations.Identify, analyze, review and lead network improvement initiatives for both existing and new logistics solutions with cross-functional stakeholders optimizing for capacity, quality, speed, delivery experience, customer concessions, and cost.Generate and review relevant and actionable transportation metrics, using continuous improvement methodology to drive improvement and reduce error rates.Have our customer's best interests at heart to constantly improve service levels and delivery experience.Lead and manage the Ops Tech and Logistics team.Take a leading role in setting up the local Ops tool infrastructure across the entire supply chain, from the product to outbound logistics aligning with our Global SCM Tech department.Understand business requirements, oversee the implementation with our Global SCM Analytics team, and leverage best practices from other markets.Create, maintain and optimize forecasting and demand planning processes, to optimize our operations while ensuring all stakeholders get the high-quality data they need on time.Lead the development of the OPS reporting dashboards to generate full transparency across the organization, ensuring KPIs are aligned with our Global SCM Analytics team.Responsible for the data integrity and reliability through the development and use of a data governance framework to support a data-driven business decision approach.Lead and drive improvement projects for our supply chain and operational processes to provide ongoing actionable insights & recommendations.Collaborate with key stakeholders, both locally and internationally across the company to lead, support, and influence new business initiatives.What you'll bringYou are hungry to learn new things every day!You have a positive attitude and love helping others.You are adaptable and thrive in a constantly changing environment.You have a keen interest in investigative work.You have strong proficiency in Excel (formulas and pivot tables); SQL / visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI for instance) is a plus!You have awesome communication and rapport building skills.Strong English proficiency is a must.What we offerThe chance to have a serious impact on one of the fastest-growing technology companies in Europe in an exciting growth phase.Direct, high impact on our product and operations setup from day one.A vibrant, international environment with mission-driven colleagues.A guaranteed steep learning curve & boost for your career.Competitive compensation and plenty of room for personal growth.Benefit from our selection of employee perks (significant reduction on your HelloFresh boxes, development initiatives, free drinks and snacks in the office, etc.).Are you up for the challenge?We are HelloFresh
