Prove yourself as a sous-chef at ROBINSON, pampering guests with the best food. As a sous-chef, you can create culinary masterpieces, from themed buffets to specialty restaurants, allowing your ideas and creativity to flourish while demonstrating your cooking skills. Together with the team of ROBINS, you ensure that guests feel good and receive the best food on their plates.

In this role, you will:

Integrate your unique personality and showcase your talent in live cooking.

Receive direct feedback from guests in an informal setting.

Work at full speed in vacation destinations, achieving your potential.

Develop your true self along with your talents through education and advanced training offered by ROBINSON.

As a sous-chef, you will ensure a great taste experience for restaurant guests while entertaining them through live cooking. Your responsibilities include:

Maintaining the special ROBINSON flavor and food quality standards.

Using your talent for entertainment to enhance the cooking experience for guests.

Staying informed about the latest trends and preparing new buffet concepts in collaboration with the F&B manager.

Ensuring the quality of menus, the ROBINSON bistro line, and special events.

Coordinating the international kitchen team and complying with sanitary standards.

Maintaining and properly using kitchen equipment and stewarding.

Acting as a host and supporting other teams with your work.
