This role provides innovative marketing solutions that scale marketing efforts across regions and properties, leveraging Avenue5's best-in-class marketing techniques to maximize property performance and streamline support to clients and internal teams.
The Associate Vice President is also responsible for the identification and ownership of key department initiatives based on identified goals and areas of focus, ensuring alignment among associates on identified departmental goals and meeting established KPIs for set initiatives.
Through leveraging their extensive subject matter expertise in traditional and digital marketing techniques and their understanding of the market landscapes, this role will support, guide, and provide feedback to the property marketing associates this position directly oversees, as well as the operational leaders regarding the development of integrated marketing programs at a portfolio level.
