The Team:
The Celonis Demo Xperience team is a global team of demo engineers who collaborate with our product management, product marketing and GTM teams to create the most extraordinary experiences around our platform, enabling our Sales and Value Engineering teams to land and expand with our customers better and faster.
We create, innovate and iterate to demonstrate the most compelling ways in which our customers generate value by using our product. We articulate the functionalities, and therefore the value, of the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform via product demos and constantly push the boundaries to bring our vision to life.
The Demo Xperience at Celonis is strategic, scrappy, and tight-knit. We value leading with empathy in our interactions, working closely with each other and other teams (often deliberately delivering projects as mini teams or co-leads of two), giving back together, and making things as simple as possible.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join the team to help us develop powerful demos for Celonis platform, thus creating unique experiences for our customers.
The Role:As a Demo Engineer, you'll be an expert on the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform and will be on top of our latest and greatest technology innovations. You'll use your expert know-how and creative skills to create powerful, easy-to-use, and reliable product demos, iterate on them and bring them to life through strong narratives.
The work you'll do:
Partner closely with product management, product marketing and industry stakeholders within the organization; lead requirements gathering for your roadmap and prioritized identification of use cases based on market demand and opportunities
Drive demo development from idea to reality across your focus industries and product lines for standard demo assets and custom demos
Manage your delivery lifecycle from use cases, feature prioritization, storyboarding, demo asset design, configuration, QA validation, release communications to GTM enablement
Provide deep technical knowledge and configuration of all Celonis products to our stakeholders during demo development
Provide custom demo support for strategic opportunities and existing customers
Monitor and respond to stakeholder inquiries; troubleshoot problems with the demo environment and collaborate with the necessary teams to solve them
Guide the team in demo best practices, both technical and business focused
Push the boundaries of how the best Celonis product demos look like based on continuous feedback from GTM and inclusion of our latest product innovations
The qualifications you need:
Passion for SaaS product demos, storytelling with data and customer-centric solutions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong organizational, project and stakeholder management skills
Proven record of thriving in a high-demand, fast-paced and cross-cultural environment
A degree in Management and Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
(Good to have) Prior experience in value / solution engineering or demo engineering
