Responsibilities: Own several HR processes for both Germany and Luxemburg such as Onboarding, Termination, Employee Personal Changes, Verification of Employment, Contract Changes, Benefits, Maternity, Retirement.Keep contact with other departments (Payroll, Legal, Compensation).Handle employee requests through HR ticket system.Actively participate in global and local HR projects as required. Qualifications: Fluent English and Native or Proficient in German.1-2 years' experience in HR or related fields.Experience in HR Shared Service environment and Benefits preferred.MS Office required.Success Factors, HRIS and Service knowledge, highly desirable.Customer focused attitude, proactivity.Precision, top administration skills.Positive and friendly attitude, excellent problem solving skills.Process improvement mindset.Outstanding communication skills.
