Our Restructuring team works with multi-national companies, high profile investment banks and Global and European private equity houses and their portfolio companies. We pride ourselves on listening to our clients, understanding their business and combining intelligent solutions implementation to preserve and generate value for our client's businesses. Our goal is to improve cashflow and EBITDA and to provide earnings benefits through hands-on involvement in our clients' operations and transactions.Main Responsibilities:As part of a team, offer critical assistance to companies that are under-performing or experiencing a full-blown liquidity crisis.Be part of teams that work directly with company management & help to stabilise financial and operational performance.Contribute to the understanding of a client's rapidly changing situation to enable creative and innovative solutions/options for businesses and their stakeholders.Work with Senior Directors and Directors to deliver European and International client projects through the management of multiple work streams.Support business development activities including the creation of client pitches and proposals to win new mandates.Examples of projects include:Financial and Operational RestructuringBalance Sheet RestructuringAsset SalesCash & liquidity management and forecastingCross-border wind-downsPreparation and validation of business plans for company management teamsDetailed contract reviewsIndependent business reviewsShort term cash flow forecasting frameworksStakeholder reporting on PMO cost saving initiativesProfit Improvement (Sales Improvement and Cost Reduction)The Ideal Applicant:A robust understanding of financial and analytical accounting (ratio analysis).Previous experience in contributing to work streams within a leading Advisory practice or a big 4 Advisory firm.Have exposure to building integrated financial models and/or have strong Excel/PowerPoint skills
