In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects that support our innovative technology products and services.WHAT YOU WILL DODefine project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with internal stakeholders and the creative and digital team.Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.Assign tasks to team members, provide direction, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between the creative team, digital team, and other internal departments.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Ensure all projects adhere to established processes, brand guidelines, and quality standards.Manage relationships with internal customers.Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed.Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.Continuously improve processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, marketing, computer science, or a related technical discipline.4+ years of project management experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team setting.Proven track record of successfully delivering cross-functional projects.Strong understanding of creative processes, digital marketing, and web technologies.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Proficient in project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Monday).Passionate about technology and eager to work in a dynamic, innovative environment.NICE-TO-HAVEAgile and Scrum certification or experience.WHAT WE OFFERAt SITA, we disrupt the status quo by empowering our people to pioneer innovations that touch the lives of billions.
