The position requires to performs a variety of financial activities, as Audit´s support, documentation, AR&AP, GL,FP&A breakdown and reporting for 3rd parties, accounting, FA objects control, reconciliations, and Kyriba management.
We have a high-performance team that will accompany the candidate throughout the learning process.
Major Responsibility: Reporting, accounting, documentation, and Controllership Responsabilities & Supporting Actions: INE and ICAC monthly, quarterly, and annual surveysFixed assets control, depreciation & scraping.GL Accounting & Accounts reconciliations.Audits: Circulation letters from suppliers and customers, Other supporting documents if required.AR&AP, GL,FP&A breakdown and reporting for 3rd parties (internal and external)Document standardization and Masterdata management.Payment files submission and approval follow up.Performing monthly accounting closings.SS and Taxes support and documentation.Job Qualifications and Educational Requirement Degree in Business Administration and ManagementKnowledge of Spanish accounting, billing and taxation,Add your details to our candidate pool so we can stay in touch with the latest roles.
