This role will shape the strategy to achieve revenue and profit growth of a product(s) in line with the SITA strategic plans and manage performance of the product line throughout its product life cycle.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Product Long- & Short-Term Roadmap - Product Lifecycle Management - Stakeholder Management - Service Management Strategy Support - Product Marketing Strategy Support - Supplier Management - Business Performance Measurement Support including P&L and Customer Satisfaction - Product Requirements ManagementQualificationsEXPERIENCE - Minimum of 3 years' experience in a significant product management function - Experience in Air Transport Industry highly desirable - Track record of achieving Product revenue growth and of managing product P&Ls - Experience of working in a matrix environment, liaising with different teams to drive overall product successKNOWLEDGE & SKILLS - Very good knowledge of Product Lifecycle management as well as Product Development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps - Very good understanding of the latest trends and innovations within relevant technology areas - air transport industry highly desirable - Excellent knowledge of the IT industries and their economic drivers - Innovation skills and a track record of significant experience in defining market requirements and functional specifications - A demonstrated track record of success in delivering lasting results in a global business environment and within a technology solutions-based business - Good capability in leading and influencing virtual teams within an international environmentWhat we offerSITA's workplace is all about diversity, many different countries and cultures are represented in our workforce.
