Primary Responsibilities
Design and deliver cutting-edge solutions in organizational effectiveness, culture, and HR strategy.

Education, Experience, & Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in a top-tier strategic consulting firm with a focus on human capital or organizational design.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
