Your work will extract actionable insights from vast amounts of unstructured text data, influencing outcomes and improving patients' lives**Accountabilities**You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end NLP pipelines that incorporate state-of-the-art NLP models. This includes the full lifecycle of these models, from preprocessing and feature engineering to training, evaluation, and deployment.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop customized NLP solutions. Leveraging your expertise in MLOps and DevOps practices, you will design and implement CI/CD pipelines for model training and deployment, perform testing, and monitor model performance in production environments.**Essential Skills/Experience**- University degree in mathematics, computer science or another relevant numerical/computational discipline; alternatively, equivalent experience in relevant research- Experience in MLOps and DevOps using k8s and AWS stack- Excellent knowledge of Python- Excellent teamwork and communication skills- Hands-on experience with data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and model evaluation- Proven track record of successfully delivering NLP projects in an agency or consulting environment- Experience in using LLMs and Generative AI technologies**Desirable Skills/Experience***- Excellent problem-solving skills in the area of machine learning and neural network design- Experience in pruning and fine-tuning LLMsAt AstraZeneca,we are dedicated to combining science with our knowledge to deliver greater value for patients every day.
