.YOUR OPPORTUNITY As Associate Manager, Tech Services, you are the global End-to-End owner of the Indirect Procurement Tech solutions.
You are ensuring your solution is global and that it runs smoothly in the countries where deployed.
Gatekeeper and architect, you are developing the strategies, priorities, initiatives, and communication plans that maximize value, adoption, and satisfaction of the solution.
You own the delivery of the solution and its associated metrics (SLA).
You also ensure your solution evolves including enhancements requests management and prioritization together with the business.
You own overall incident management for your solution.
Through your business partner, you are in touch with the markets and plants, working closely with the Business Process Owners (BPO), Business Process Leaders (BPL), and the PTP Buying Center team, and are able to understand and identify specific needs.
You very often run the network of key users/super-users in the regions/markets.ABOUT YOU You are proficient at managing the BPOs/BPLs expectations and coordinate with project teams and vendors what has to be achieved.
You control any implementation that touches your solution and manage any dependencies with other solutions.
You also ensure documentation is up to date.
As a resource part of projects, you are responsible for gathering and translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications, managing requests for changes to the specifications, or approving functional specifications.
You can also act as a consultant on your solutions.
Besides the SAP SRM Solution ownership, you will support the Service Manager on future PTP strategy to continue our digitalization of the PTP processes.
This role can be coupled with a Project Management role.
At this position, you will report to a Director/Senior Manager, Tech Services.Responsibilities - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE: - Impeccable end-to-end management of your solution(s) - Plan, Build, and Run your solutions and integrations to meet the Tech strategy and business requirements in line with future S/4 HANA deployment.
Deploy Global Procure-To-Pay solutions specifically for SAP SRM.
- Guide continuous improvement efforts for your solutions, develop business cases, understand your users.
Review business requests for service enhancements, as well as Tech service changes requests for standards enforcement - then prioritize the work, in line with the solution/service strategy.
Understand the impact of new technology for your solutions and adapt plans and architecture accordingly.
- Analyze data to discover opportunities for improvement.
- Govern Tech security, compliance, and Tech audits for your solution.
- Effectively manage and strengthen vendor relationships.
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration throughout the system development lifecycle.
