Moreover, we provide highly specialized energy management and downstream services to both energy producers and consumers and use our know-how to manage third-party assets from a technical and operational perspective.ResponsibilitiesLiaise with and assist the Senior Director & General Counsel for legal affairs in which our EMEA branch is involved, including land agreements and real estate matters, project documentation and relevant claims (EPC, O&M, AMA, consortium agreements, partnership agreements), project development, financing and credit facility agreements and ancillary finance documentation as well as corporate housekeeping, set-up and liquidation of subsidiaries, as required.Draft and negotiate various contracts and documents and support the organization operationally.Assist to develop standard operating procedures, guidelines and documentation templates.Stay abreast of the applicable legal framework and regulations for our business industry.Maintain a thorough understanding of regulatory issues and framework in which the business operates and take responsibility for the development of informed solutions enabling the business to respond to and deal with regulatory constraints.Guarantee surveillance notifications and compliance with the EMEA regulatory framework.Coordinate with regulatory authorities, customers, counterparties and other colleagues.Law degree from an accredited school of law and admission to the Spanish Bar (or equivalent EU jurisdiction).2-5 years' PQE gathered as a combination of experience inside a multinational company and/or a top-tier law firm.Team player and hard-worker, can-do attitude, with a good business judgement in providing compliant and business friendly legal solutions attention to detail. Ability to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines, manage multiple projects are of essence.Integrity as well as a thorough eye for compliance and corporate governance matters in a public company environment is strongly preferred.Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and possess analytical skills necessary for competent legal interpretation.Ability to manage outside counsels.Experience in the PV industry a plus.Fluent in English a must.
