We are currently looking for an Associate Legal Counsel who wants to join our team. You will help us in delivering, managing, and supporting our legal work.
What will you do?As mentioned, you will be responsible for delivering, managing, and supporting our legal work. We can divide your tasks into two different areas:
Internal Affairs and Corporate Matters:Day-to-day advisory in both internal and external legal mattersProviding legal reports and advisory related to Novicap's business when needed, contributing to the improvement of products and processesReviewing corporate contracts not related to customersDrafting and reviewing intercompany agreementsManage general corporate ("societario") obligations, coordinating with public officials such as notaries and public registers in both Spain and in the UKCommercial Matters:Reviewing and drafting B2B contracts for new business development, as well as contracts with partnersUpdating and maintaining product contracts and other commercial document templatesAuthorizing final form & signed commercial contractsMaintaining and improving our platform's terms and conditionsIn doing so, you will contribute to the achievement of Novicap's long-term growth plans.
