Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.This is an exciting opportunity to work with teams across the JLL EMEA Hotel Business and wider JLL commercial business.Responsibilities include:Undertaking RICS valuations for hotel properties by applying methodologies such as DCF, Direct Capitalization, Sales Comparison or Residual Method, across Spain, Portugal, and GreeceConducting strategic advisory assignments including feasibility studies across Spain, Portugal, and GreeceCritical analysis of data and market research investigationsPreparing valuation model analysis and reporting deliverablesUndertaking site inspectionsTaking an active role in the team's Client Relationship Management activitiesWorking on other non-appraisal advisory projects as required such as operator selection.Requirements & Skills:3+ years of professional experience in a real estate sector with exposure to operational assets.
