This is an exciting opportunity to work with teams across the JLL EMEA Hotel Business and wider JLL commercial business.
Responsibilities include: Undertaking RICS valuations for hotel properties by applying methodologies such as DCF, Direct Capitalization, Sales Comparison or Residual Method, across Spain, Portugal, and Greece Conducting strategic advisory assignments including feasibility studies across Spain, Portugal, and Greece Critical analysis of data and market research investigations Preparing valuation model analysis and reporting deliverables Undertaking site inspections Taking an active role in the team's Client Relationship Management activities Working on other non-appraisal advisory projects as required such as operator selection.
Requirements & Skills: 3+ years of professional experience in a real estate sector with exposure to operational assets.
Experience in other fields such as Audit, Hotel Development, Consultancy or Banking can also be accepted.
Sound understanding of DCF methodology and USALI P&L allocation Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Spanish, a third Southern European (Portuguese or Greek) language is appreciated Proactive attitude and fast learner Exceptional organizational skills Meticulous attention to detail Collegial and team oriented Expert in MS Office products (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Willing to travel and drive throughout Europe Hotels sector experience is not required but a strong interest in this area is preferred If you are interested in the role on a Part-Time basis, in addition to the skills mentioned above, we expect a candidate with the following requirements: 7+ years of professional experience in a real estate sector with exposure to operational assets Extensive experience preparing RICS valuations and reports, demonstrating expert level understanding of DCF methodology and USALI P&L allocation Ability to work with very limited supervision Proven experience coordinating projects and dealing with clients Location: On-site – Madrid, ESP If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
