The Associate Head of School co-leads the development and implementation of BFIS' Nursery through Grade 12 curriculum, supporting intentional and systematic reflection, research-based practices, and future-oriented thinking that underpin our Vision for Learning.
Working closely with the Head of School, Leadership Team, Instructional Coaches, and Curriculum Coordinators, the Associate Head ensures a cohesive approach to student learning and curriculum consistency from Early Childhood through High School.
As the Child Protection Safeguard Lead, this role is committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students, prioritizing transparency in communication and a high standard of safeguarding practices.The Associate Head position requires an exceptional learning leader with well-developed communication skills, human resource experience, and a high level of interpersonal empathy.
