And we know that unique backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives help us think bigger, spark innovation, and succeed together.Responsibilities include:Undertaking valuations and strategic advisory assignments for single assets and portfolios in Spain and Portugal, and other parts of the EMEA region where required.Working both independently (albeit under supervision) and as part of a team depending on the project.Critical analysis of data and market research investigations.Undertaking site inspections.Preparing valuation model analysis and reporting deliverables.Organising and ensuring complete folder records, as well as contributing to central databases.Managing hotels team valuation models and reporting templates.Taking an active role in the team's Client Relationship Management activities.Working on other non-appraisal advisory projects as required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
