Mission
As an Associate Director Global Marketing in AD, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our dynamic Global Marketing team, based in Barcelona. Reporting directly to the Global Marketing Director for Atopic Dermatitis (AD), you will be responsible for leading the Global Long Term Strategy for the successful launch of a new, promising biologic agent in the AD space. You will work in a cross-functional environment and lead/represent the Commercial function of key projects for the new product (Ebglyss). In this senior, strategic role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success and growth.
Tasks and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the Long-Term Strategic Plan for the Brand.
• Be an active and leading member of the Cross Functional team, involving Access, R&D, Medical, New Products, and Regulatory.
• Develop an efficient understanding of the evolution of the AD market and ecosystem.
• Lead the Competitive Intelligence group for AD.
• Partner with GMI to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the Immuno-Dermatology market, and leverage this information to feed the product strategy and brand plans.
• Contribute to all strategic and tactical planning for the brand, including market opportunity assessment, customer insights generation, customer mapping and segmentation, and input into the Global strategy.
• Support financial planning and monitoring for the brand, including sales forecasts and budget monitoring.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the field of Dermatology to gain insights and support the product strategy.
Education
• University degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or Economics preferred.
Experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Marketing.
• Experience in developing marketing strategies and plans, as well as their implementation and monitoring.
• Experience in R&D or Commercial Early Asset planning preferred.
• Expertise in Immunology (especially in Dermatology) preferred.
• Experience in Strategic Consultancy preferred.
• Experience in budget preparation and management.
• Experience with innovative molecules.
• Experience with product launches is an advantage.
• English at an excellent level is essential (proficiency).
