Associate Director, Statistical Programming

Hobson Prior is seeking a Programming Team Leader. This role involves leading and developing a team of programmers, managing training and ensuring a productive and collaborative work environment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing risk, ensuring quality and compliance, and driving continuous improvement within the team.

Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of programmers. Ensure a productive and collaborative work environment. Manage training and compliance. Recruit and build a team with the necessary skills. Stay updated on industry and regulatory requirements. Manage activities of external partners. Ensure quality and compliance in all programming aspects. Drive continuous improvement within the team. Provide training and mentorship within the function. Influence stakeholders on programming related items. Key Skills and Requirements: Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Life Science, or equivalent experience. Comprehensive understanding of the clinical development process. Comprehensive understanding of industry standards. Proven leadership skills. Excellent planning and organisational skills. Ability to influence stakeholders and global teams.
