The Associate Director will be working within the Financial Operations team and will oversee the project management within the areas of CFO & HR.

ResponsibilitiesYour role as Associate Director, Project Management for Financial Operations will involve: Understanding the needs of Business areas to identify and specify solutions to support them.Project management: planning, coordinating, and monitoring.Management and follow-up with the business areas of IT projects.Management of providers of the systems that support the areas under his/her responsibility.QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should have: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Accounting or similar.Master's degree is preferred.Experience with ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR or other financial/HR Applications is required.Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience.Knowledge in Office Suite, Power BI.The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills since he/she will be working with IT functional responsible (Business Partners), Users Areas, vendors and outsource IT support.Fluent English & Spanish, both written and spoken.It's time to bring your best and make your mark.
