This is a remote position for Central and East Coast candidates.
Summary: Leads the Plasma Operations budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis activities.
Primary Responsibility: Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting Process: Leads Plasma Operations forecasting process including the annual budget and all interim forecasting activities.
Issues monthly and quarterly reports to all cost center managers comparing actual performance to the company's forecast.
Works with Operations on reforecasting Center Plasma volumes.
Operations Analysis and Reporting: Develop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor business performance.
Develop and execute data analysis strategies to identify patterns and trends that inform strategic decision-making.
Manage and develop a team of data analysts and planners, providing continuous guidance and support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the execution of business strategies and action plans.
Oversee the creation of reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Lead and maintain PowerBI as the main reporting and analysis tool.
Advanced Analysis and Strategic Projects: Managing new center capital planning and analysis.
Conduct feasibility studies and business cases to evaluate potential solutions to business needs.
Lead various financial analyses related to capital investments, strategic projects, and resource allocation.
Apply advanced analysis and statistical modeling techniques to optimize business strategies.

Ability to analyze and interpret data, identify errors, and prepare reports.
Ability to manage tactical implementation plans with attention to detail.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of Finance or Business-related experience, including experience managing a staff.
Depending on the area of assignment, directly related experience or a combination of directly related education and experience and/or competencies may be considered in place of the stated requirements.
Occupational Demands: Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment.
