This position involves organizing promotional events, managing the admissions process, and ensuring exceptional candidate experience. The role requires travel to strengthen relationships and promote the MiM program.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Recruitment: Drive student applications and maintain class enrollment.Event Management: Organize and oversee promotional events, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.Brand Presence: Ensure IESE's presence and image are consistently strong across targeted regions and demographics.Budget Management: Ensure compliance with expense budgets.Project Delivery: Complete specific departmental projects as assigned by the Area Director.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate contacts and alumni.Requirements1. Planning & Execution:Develop a strategic plan in collaboration with the department director.Organize promotional events, including selecting locations, target audiences, and marketing channels.
