Responsibilities: Lead and coach the team under his/her responsibility, ensuring developing team members.Develop and drive ideation, implementation, and execution of effective long and short-term marketing strategies to establish and ensure continuous and sustained competitive advantage and success of assigned products portfolio. This includes developing clear, well-communicated vision and strategies for assigned products that can be translated to effective marketing and sales plans, achieving sales, profitability, and market share targets.Drive the Healthcare Prescription business to the next level, identifying market and business trends, ensuring fit within the strategic pillars defined in the BU, and implementing the cross-functional aspects that will maintain our competitiveness in the market.Ensure continuous collaboration with all functions and divisions, namely sales, medical, training, and market access teams, to ensure effective conceptualization and implementation of the brand plans.Develop omnichannel plans to improve Customer impact and experience by delivering an even more targeted and personalized Customer journey.Optimize allocation of all resources to brands through active assessment of return on investment.Ensure that the development and design of innovative promotional campaigns and business activities comply with relevant acts, legal demands, and ethical standards.Establish a KOL network among the GPs and specialties under his/her responsibility.Ensure a strong customer focus with an upskilled Business Intelligence strategy, evaluating the effectiveness of marketing strategies, campaigns, and medical experts' development through regular field visits, customer engagements, and competitive intelligence analysis.Drive an innovation mindset within the BU, participating in the assessment of new projects and products together with the LCM & Innovation manager.Provide reliable sales, costs, and demand forecasts and ensure the supply of all products.Ensure knowledge of the commercial contractual conditions of the licensed products under the scope of responsibility, as well as liaise with our partners to foster collaboration.Foster collaboration and synergies with the OTC business through the Pharmacy line.
