This position reports to the Director of International Projects/Modules in the Global Academic Partnerships & Alliances (GAPA) department. The primary responsibility of this position is to lead and coordinate short immersion programs for IE Partner universities.
The Associate Director must be able to develop proposals, working closely with partner institutions, design the immersion experience (academic and non-academic) coordinating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders, and ensure the success of the programs. This person will need to coordinate and support faculty and the operation team to ensure all programs are delivered with the quality standards of the institution, while ensuring a positive learning experience to all program's participants.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
Your role as Associate Director will involve:
Create program proposals for partner institutions, working closely with relevant stakeholders (faculty, operations team, corporate contacts, service providers, among others). Proposals include content design and program structure, budgets, logistical details, etc.
Coordinate with partner institutions throughout the planning and delivery of the program and maintain continuous communication with them throughout the program.
Lead the program planning and preparation, with the support of the immersion module team and participating faculty, ensuring full coordination.
Coordinate and support the team with the required administrative tasks to include the program into the IT systems, operational and logistics preparation and making sure all platforms and materials are correctly prepared.
Ensure the program delivery, with all materials available and properly communicated to participants and faculty.
Improve internal processes to increase efficiency of the preparation and delivery phase and increase perceived value of participants. Continue existing projects of process improvement.
Qualifications:

Master's degree from a leading university.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Must exhibit outstanding communication skills, strong teamwork capabilities and a positive customer-oriented work style.
Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
Must be an innovative problem solver and thinker.
Cross-cultural experience preferred.
Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be flexible.
Must be able to manage resources effectively and efficiently.
Experience in program management a plus.
