Mission
IESE is one of the world's leading international graduate business schools. Its International Executive Programs Division is looking for an Associate Director who will be responsible for the sales, marketing, and business development of the International Executive Programs.
Main responsibilities Elaborate annual commercial plan identifying marketing needs and commercial actions in the Region, and deploy commercial actions (generate leads, social selling, referral plan, organize events, visit key accounts, etc.).Develop new business to increase the visibility and impact of IESE among the target segments. Lead strategic projects for IESE in the Region, even outside of your direct responsibilities when required.Manage, in close cooperation with the International Executive Education responsible for Region, budgeting and financing media and advertising needs, presence in fairs and events, social selling, and any other commercial channels in the region.Requirements Demonstrated experience in international sales roles in highly demanding environments.Solid understanding of international educational organizations as well as IESE.Graduate degree: Preferably an MBA from IESE or from a leading business school.Effective and professional communication skills and strong interpersonal, teamworking, and organizational skills.Outstanding relationship building and negotiation skills.Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.Highly result-oriented, self-motivated, self-driven, resilient, disciplined character.Ability to travel 40% of work time, although depending on global mobility restrictions.
