The International MBA (IMBA) is IE Business School´s flagship program, ranked among the best MBAs in the world. It is a full-time, 11- or 15-month program, entirely taught in English, geared toward professionals with at least 5 years of job experience looking for an innovative, internationally acclaimed MBA. The program enrolls approximately 500 students per year, in two intakes (September and January), with up to 50 different nationalities per intake.
Position Overview: The Associate Director is a key member of the program management team, reporting to the Executive Director. This position will co-supervise and manage a team of one program advisor and three assistants.

Responsibilities:
Your role as Associate Director IMBA will involve:
Responsible for the daily management of the full-time IMBA program.
Project management and responsibility for a number of projects (Labs, series of conferences, graduation, language classes).
Implement and maintain program best practices and policies.
Develop and cultivate relationships with IE stakeholders (professors and other departments).
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Master's degree.
Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish is a must. Other languages are a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of operations and/or management experience.
Occasional international travel, e.g., on exchanges.
Experience in global management education or working with business schools is a plus.
