IE University Business School is looking for an Associate Director to join its team!
The International MBA (IMBA) is IE Business School´s flagship program.
We are ranked among the best MBAs in the world.
It is a full-time, 11- or 15-month program, entirely taught in English.
The program is geared toward professionals with at least 5 years job experience looking for an innovative, internationally acclaimed MBA.
It enrolls approximately 500 students per year, in two intakes (September and January), with up to 50 different nationalities per intake.
The Associate Directors are key members of the program management team and report to the Executive Director.
This position will co-supervise and manage a team of one program advisor and 3 assistants.
Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily management of the full-time IMBA program.
Project management and responsible for a number of projects (Labs, series of conferences, graduation, language classes…).
Interaction with students either orally through meetings and presentations or in writing through newsletters, guides, and emails.
Maintain a friendly, customer-oriented, proactive approach in this interaction.
Implement and maintain program best practices and policies.
Develop and cultivate relationships with IE stakeholders (professors and other departments).
Qualifications: Master's degree.
Fluency (written & oral) in English and Spanish is a must.
Other languages are a plus.
Minimum of 3-5 years of operations and/or management experience.
The candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills, ability to work under pressure and high level of accountability.
Occasional international travel, e.g.
on exchanges.
Experience in global management education, or working with business schools, is a plus.
Attention to detail.
