Responsibilities: Your role as Associate Director, IE Center for Families in Business will involve:
Program Development: Collaborate in the design of proposals for new courses, programs, and initiatives to enhance the Center's impact.Student Engagement: Collaborate with the Family Business Club to organize events and activities for students.
Foster a sense of community and belonging among family business students at IE.
Lead the design, implementation, and coordination of the Family in Business Journey, a program that empowers IE family business students to create value in their families' businesses through diverse roles.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build synergies within the IE ecosystem by working with other departments, schools, and stakeholders.
Identify and develop partnerships with family businesses, industry leaders, and relevant organizations to enrich the Center's programs and research.Visibility and Promotion: Enhance the visibility of the Center within and beyond the IE ecosystem by promoting its activities, research, and programs through events, social media, and other communication channels. Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should have:
Education: Graduate and Master's degree.
Academic or professional experience in family business topics is highly valuable.Languages: Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Proven organizational and project management abilities, including capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving skills to navigate a dynamic academic and professional environment.
Proficiency in developing and executing outreach strategies, including through digital and social media channels.Experience: Previous exposure to academic environments, student programs, or corporate partnerships is a plus. It's time to bring your best and make your mark.
