WHAT YOU'LL DO As an Associate Visual Designer at BCG, your role is to transform strategic insights developed by our consultants into clear and engaging visual formats. You will: Collaborate with consulting teams to capture and convert complex business strategies into compelling visual presentations and strategic illustrations that enhance understanding and engagement. Design creative solutions, applying innovative design principles to develop branding and creative concepts, both as an individual contributor and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Craft impactful visual content for a variety of platforms, including digital ads, corporate communications, and strategic illustrations, ensuring all designs align with the project's strategic goals. Experience with motion graphics software such as After Effects is a plus.Language Skills: You possess excellent communication skills in English.
