You will:Collaborate with consulting teams to capture and convert complex business strategies into compelling visual presentations and strategic illustrations that enhance understanding and engagement.Design creative solutions, applying innovative design principles to develop branding and creative concepts, both as individual contributor and as part of a multidisciplinary team.Craft impactful visual content for a variety of platforms, including digital ads, corporate communications, and strategic illustrations, ensuring all designs align with the project's strategic goals.What You'll BringProfessional Experience:You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in visual design in agency, corporate, tech company or consultancy setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in visual communication and design principles.Technical Proficiency: You are skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and are familiar with other tools like Microsoft Powerpoint, Miro and Figma.
Experience with motion graphics software such as After Effects is a plus.Language Skills: You possess excellent communication skills in English.
